CORPORATE J2EE or C++ APPLICATION ARCHITECT |
We require a highly experienced Technical Architect whose career path has included hardcore J2EE and C++ programming, requirements gathering, architecture design, team leading on commercial IT projects, code reviews mentoring and technical project management. Based in Thailand , your brief is to lead Vervata's Thailand development activity into two new Vervata SE Asia locations in Cambodia and the Philippines . This will primarily involve mentoring and leading junior teams in these locations, setting up control processes and to rapidly make your teams productive in developing some of the most advanced mobile oriented products in existence. You will need to gain the respect of your team via not only your technical expertise, but the manner and efficiency in which you move your teams up the learning curve and enable them to become productive and efficient. Your peers will be impressed with your ability to take initiative, and solve problems without direct management supervision, and your ability to deliver structured and timely information to them, before they realised they needed it.
